Fred Fields has been practicing law for 32 years and focuses his practice in the field of health care law.

Fred is the former Vice President and General Counsel of St. Mary’s Health System, where he served in that capacity from 1985 to 1995. In that position, he supervised the legal work of St. Mary’s Health Systems, Inc., and its affiliated corporations. He also directed the legal aspects of physician-hospital organization formation, malpractice defense, physician credentialing, medical and corporate bylaws revisions and applications, physician recruitment, medical records confidentiality, employment conflicts, construction projects, real estate acquisitions and divestitures, corporate restructuring, and other health care law speciality areas.
