Cade Morgan

Cade Morgan is from Jasper, Tennessee and graduated summa cum laude from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee with a B.S. in Political Science in 2007. He earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2013 with a concentration in Business Transactions. During law school, Cade served as both Treasurer and President of the College’s Student Bar Association and received Certificates of Excellence in Business Associations, Transactional Tax Planning, and Business Clinic. He also earned the Distinguished Student Attorney Award for his work in the UT Legal Clinic and served as journal member for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. Cade negotiated for UT’s inaugural Transactional LawMeets team in Atlanta, Georgia, a competition for students of transactional law to demonstrate skills in the areas of negotiation, drafting, and guiding business transactions through from concept to execution.

In the summer of 2015, Cade graduated from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida with an LL.M. in Taxation. A Tennessean through and through Cade returned to east Tennessee to practice tax and business law. Cade lives in Knoxville with his wife Ashley and their two dogs, Frank and Tucker.
